Our accommodations offer a peaceful setting and the security of knowing that care is at hand whenever it is needed. Come see for yourself! We are located in Arlington, Carrollton, Garland, Grapevine, McKinney, Flower Mound, Fossil Creek, Crystal Lake and Vernon Hills.

We understand that the decision to utilize an Alzheimer's Facility is not an easy one for the resident, or their loved ones. With that in mind, we at Autumn Leaves want to do everything possible to make the transition as pleasant and healthy for all of those involved.

We encourage family and friends to show their support by participating in various planned social events. We offer a separate dining area for family gatherings, to celebrate birthdays or to simply host an elegant dinner party. In addition, Autumn Leaves facilitates support groups to help family members understand and cope with the life changes Alzheimer's may bring.
